Energy has always existed, there is no time frame of beginning or end. No walls, no borders, no ceiling. Energy is the cosmic language of space. You are part of that vastness. And you have always “been.”
You are here to have experiences in a body. Nothing more, nothing less.
And yet, somewhere along the way, most of us forget. We complicate everything. The ego takes over. It becomes about survival.
Maybe you shrink. Maybe you threaten. Meaning becomes attachment to things you see or believe you need to survive. People, places, things, ideas, words, and the belief of how everything needs to be before you have arrived at your made-up destination.
We grip things.
We judge things.
We seek things outside ourselves that were never out there to begin with.
We scold.
We wait for permission.
We rage.
We give up.
Someone's better, worse, competition, wrong, right, etc. And we do not see ourselves.
The spiritual journey to oneness with yourself is a journey as old as time.
