Return and Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Books

  • Subscription boxes

  • Tools

  • Swag or merchandise

Why we don’t accept returns

Our products are experiential and tactile, often opened and used immediately. For this reason, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

  • Photos if applicable

We’ll make it right.

Shipping issues

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. We’ll always help track down an order, but delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
